Hello and welcome! I’m an experienced Instructional Designer with over 20 years in Learning and Development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management. My journey also includes teaching Special Education and GED courses—experiences that helped shape my learner-first mindset and commitment to accessible, impactful education.

Since starting as a Training Coordinator for the State of Georgia in 2004, I’ve built a dynamic career across government, nonprofit, corporate, finance, philanthropy, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Over the years, I’ve taken on a range of roles including Program Manager, Project Manager, Grant Manager, LMS Administrator, Curriculum Developer, and for the past seven years, Instructional Designer.

I specialize in designing engaging, results-driven learning experiences using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. I’m also experienced in managing and configuring LMS platforms such as Cornerstone. I’m particularly passionate about gamification and leadership development, and I enjoy crafting learning solutions that spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire growth.

I’m a proud member of the Association for Talent Development and hold a certificate in Instructional Design from ATD.

I live in South Florida with my husband, children, and 2 dogs.
